2015 Robert O’Shea Engineering Ethics Award for Ohio ASCE

Student Chapter and Younger Members

The Ohio Council of the American Society of Civil Engineers announces the 2015 competition for the Robert O’Shea Engineering Ethics Award for Ohio ASCE Student Chapter and Younger Members.

The award will be given to the author of the paper on engineering ethics judged to be the best of all papers submitted that meet the criteria for the award. The award consists of a certificate and check in the amount of $500.00 to be presented to the younger member group or student chapter that the a winning author represents. Students and younger members can obtain a copy of the criteria by downloading a copy from the Ohio Council website http://www.ohioasce.org/. A copy of the criteria can also be obtained by sending an e-mail to Bob Redfield, Chair of the Robert O’Shea Engineering Ethics Award Committee, at bredfield@columbus.rr.com  with “Robert O’Shea Award Criteria” in the Subject line. Deadline for submissions is March 1, 2015. Papers received after March 1, 2015 will not be considered.
