The 2011 March/April issue of "OC Magazine" makes reference to the 2009 Ohio Infrastructure Report Card is the articles assessment of infrastructure needs for drinking water and waste water systems. The article also mentions the new web portal for the report card which was added this year as part of the funding received from an ASCE SPAG and Ohio Council legislative funds. The portal is at www.OhioInfraNeeds.org . The article reference can be found on page 18. The article begins on page 16.
